Q: Tell us a little about yourself?

A: I am a lucky guy, who followed his passion with joy, pleasure, difficulties, stress and wonderful meetings.

Q: Tell us a secret about your works of art?

A: There is no secret, just work and work again.

Q: What has been your proudest moment?

A: The latest exhibition (London, November 2018), which is the result of 42 years as a painter.

Q: If we gave you an unlimited budget, what famous artworks, would you buy?

A: L’annonce faite à Matthieu by Caravage or any Picasso from pink period.

Q: Describe your dream home?

A: My dream home would have paintings on the walls, horses in the paddocks and I would live with the person I love.

Q: Describe your paintings in three words? 

A: Movement, movement, movement!

Q: Where have you exhibited over the years?

A: I have exhibited all around the world, everywhere except Australia.

Q: Have you won any awards, and which was the hardest to win?

A: Only one, last year, a gold medal at Animal Art Paris.

Q: What do you like about London?

A: Courtesy

Q: Which of your paintings would you recommend as a long-term investment?

A: I don’t want somebody to buy one of my paintings as an investment, but because they love it.

Q: Where is the most inspiring city for you?

A: A European city, but I really don’t know. Maybe, somewhere with several centuries of art in Italy (Florence, Venice, Rome), or the landscapes that I have just in front of my studio.

Q: Do you listen to music when you paint to inspire you?

A: Yes, I do, but only classical music.

Q: And finally, any advice for anyone who wants to become an artist?

A: I don’t know what the definition of artist is, but to be a painter: do it and be patient.
